摘要
丙烯酰胺是一种适于微小岩隙的注浆材料。国产的MG-646注浆材料中所含还原剂β-二甲基腈,价格昂贵,市场难买到。东北大学注浆课题组试用三乙醇胺代替β-二甲基腈,在八连城煤矿的井壁注浆堵水工程中进行了现场试验。文章介绍了试验取得的成果及其分析。
The MG-646 allylamid grouting materlal is widely using in China. But the β-dimethyl nitrileas reducing agent in the MG-646 is expensive and difficult available from market. For this reason,the Research Group for Grouting of Northeastern University tries to use triethalkylol to replace the β-dimethyl nitrile. The Research Group had done a field commercial trial in shaftwall grouting engineering at BalianchengCoal Mine,Jilin Province. This paper presents and analyses the successful results.
