摘要
以大口径、高分辨率光学系统的CCD相机作为控制对象,研究CCD相机的高精度温度控制.温度控制系统使用铂电阻作为传感元件,提高电阻和温度的线性对应关系;采用四线制,消除导线电阻和多路开关的导通电阻的影响.采用归一参数整定法,使用参数自整定的ITAE指标,通过单片机程序整定一个参数.PID程序采用增量式计算,位置式输出,把输出的电压值转换为加热时间,在一个周期内,又转换为控制状态.根据控制状态实现对CCD相机的温度控制,实际控制精度达到了±0.1℃.
The temperature control subsystem using platinum resistance as sensor for increasing the relativity between the resistance and the temperature adopts four - lead connect method to eliminate the influence from the resistance of the leads and the switchs of muhicircuit. Adopting the unitary parameter tuning method, the only self- tuning parameter can be obtained by computing under the ITAE index. The increment can be achieved in the procedure of running PID program and the output is the total voltage which will be converted into the time of heating later.The time of heating is transformed into the heating state of a period. Following the heating state, the temperature control subsystem can adjust the temperature of CCD camera. The precision of control by using self - tuning parameter method is in excess of ± 0.1 ℃.
