介绍了洁净开采技术中矿区地表塌陷防治技术及井下矸石处理技术，重点介绍了矿井矸石处理的经济优化模型的建立及模型中参数的选取和计算方法。
The prevention and cure of land surface subsiding and underground refuse treatment of coal mine during clean coal mining technology are introduced. With regards to the establishment of economic optimization model, selection of parameters and calculation method are discussed.
