文章介绍了某硫磺制酸过程中配套的余热发电锅炉的工作流程及设备的技术特点,指出了锅炉在焊接、管箱组安装及调试中的注意事项,并对该设备系统安装过程中监督检验质量的控制提出了一些探讨。
The paper briefs the working process and technical features of heat recovery power generation boiler equipped with in one sulphur-made sulfuric acid system, points out the matters needing attention in the welding, pipings and tanks erection and debuggings of boiler,and puts forward some problems for study in the quality supervision and inspection in the erection process of this equipment system.
