摘要
[目的]了解高州市法定传染病的疫情报告与管理情况,为进一步提高各级医疗单位的传染病疫情报告与管理水平提供科学依据.[方法]回顾性调查分析高州市2003～2006 年法定传染病漏报调查工作记录,按照《全国法定传染病漏报调查方案》中规定的方法对不同级别医疗单位传染病漏报资料进行分析.[结果]高州市市、镇、村三级医疗机构中共查出法定传染病17种564例,漏报的64例,漏报率为11.35%,不同年份漏报率的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;不同级别医疗机构的漏报率的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.[结论]村级传染病漏报率最高,镇级次之.应加强镇、村两级医疗机构传染病疫情报告管理工作.
[Objective]To understand the status of the report of notifiable diseases and management,provide scientific basis for improving the level of reporting and management of infectious diseases.[Methods]Data on missing report of notifiable diseases from 2003 to 2006 conducted with retrospective review in Gaozhou city were analyzed.Data of missing report in medical departments at different levels were also analyzed based on ＂National investigation program on missing report of notifiable diseases＂.[Results]There were 564 infectious cases with 17 different kinds in medical departments at city,town and village level.64 cases were missed to report,accounting for 11.35%.There was a difference of missing report in different years（P〈0.01）.There was a difference of missing report in different medical departments（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The rate of missing report was the highest in village clinics and then in town hospitals,management on the report of infectious diseases to village clinics and town hospitals should be strengthened.
