摘要
本文利用OPT301光电传感器和小区域点阵扫描采集激光光斑数据的方法,检测光固化成形机激光束振镜扫描系统零点漂移和增益漂移,并提出一种针对该漂移误差的补偿方法。采用该方法提高了制件精度。
This paper aims to detect the offset drift and gain drift of the scanning system in the stereolithography apparatus through a photodiode sensor of MODEL OPT301 and a method of small region matrix scanning, and proposes a method to compensate the drift error. The accuracy of formed parts is improved using above mentioned method.
