摘要
目的:评价保存的人羊膜移植治疗眼部中度碱烧伤的效果。方法:选择本院住院的中度碱烧伤患者20例接受经甘油保存的人羊膜移植治疗。术后随访6个月。结果:19例患者术后恢复良好,术后视力均有不同程度提高。1例患者术后角膜进行性溶解,穿孔,行全层角膜移植术。结论:保存的人羊膜移植治疗眼部中度碱烧伤,能有效地重建眼表。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of amniotie membrane transplantation for the treatreatmeni of modest alkali bum. Methods： Preserved amniotie membrahe transplantation was performed on patients with modest alkali bum. All the patients were followed-up for 6 months. Resuits 19 eases were well and visual aeuities were improved. Only one ease was endured progressive melt and performed pancomeal transplantation. Conclusion：Preserved amniotic membrane transplantation has effect on the treatment of modest alkali bum and ocular surface reconstruction.
