摘要
基于包含相变过程的热传导方程,采用显热容法,对ms脉冲激光辐照下,金属靶材的温升、液化及汽化的全过程进行了数值模拟。分别考查了不同激光强度辐照条件下,不同深度处材料体内的温度、固-液界面和液-汽界面的位置和速度等随时间的变化规律。在保证计算精度的同时,本方法具有简单快速的特点。
Based on the thermal conduction equations, taken into account of the influence of phase transitions, a sensible heat capacity numerical method is utilized to simulate the whole processes of heating,melting and vaporization of metal targets under long pulse laser irradiations. The temperature distributions in the targets, the localities and the velocities of solid - liquid and/or liquidvapor interfaces under different laser intensities are discussed in details in this paper. The distinct advantage of the numerical method is its simplicity, rapidity and with high precisions.
