摘要
本文利用了平面波展开法分别计算了二维三角晶格空气中介质柱和介质中空气孔两种形状的光子晶体,研究了填充率、介电常数对带隙宽度和中心频率的影响规律,研究结果对光子晶体的制作提供了理论依据。
We calculate 2D tri - lattices photonic crystals which divide dielectric pillars in air and air holes in dielectric using plane wave expanding methods in this paper respectively. We study the relations and rules of filling ratio, dielectric constant and width of band gap, central frequency. The results will be useful for designing and fabricating 2D photonic crystals.
