平顶多高斯光束通过ABCD光学系统的传输特性 被引量:1

摘要 利用广义惠更斯一菲涅耳衍射积分公式,研究了平顶多高斯光束通过ABCD光学系统的传输特性,推导出光强分布的解析式。以透镜系统为例,给出了平顶多高斯光束聚焦场轴上的和焦面处的光强分布表达式,并对其光强分布进行数值计算及分析。研究结果表明,平顶多高斯光束的聚焦特性与阶数N以及透镜系统的菲涅耳数N_w等有关,随着平顶多高斯光束的阶数N的增大或透镜系统的菲涅耳数Nw增大,轴上和焦面上的光强迅速增大、聚焦光斑减小、焦移量迅速减小。 The Propagating property of flat topped multi - Gaussian laser beams (FMGB) passing through ABCD optical systems is discussed on the basis of generalized Huygens Fresnel Diffraction integral formula. An expression for light intensity of FMGB has been derived. The lens system is taken as an example, the expressions for axial and focal plane light intensity of FMGB has been educed and nmnerical calculation and analysis for light intensity distribution are carried out. The numerical calculation shows, The FMGB have affiliations with the rank. Nand Fresnel number Nw of the lens system ere, It is shown that when the rank N of FMGB become large or Fresnel number Nw of the lens system become large, the axial and focal plane light intensity quick become large and the focused beam radius become small, the focal point displacement quick become small.
