The clinical application of nerve growth factor (NGF)for the regeneration of the injuried peripheral nerves

摘要 目的:观察神经生长因子促神经再生的临床应用效果。方法:1994年~1995年,对11例前臂及腕部神经断裂采用了模拟神经再生室的小间隙静脉桥接法,室内注入神经生长因子,外源性提高再生室内的神经生长因子浓度。结果:经过术后1年的随访观察,按照低位神经损伤恢复的评定标准,全部病例取得了满意疗效。结论:神经生长因子对神经的再生(特别是感觉神经再生)有明显作用。临床采用再生室的小间隙桥接法室内注入神经生长因子,经轴突逆向运输达胞体而发挥作用。为神经生长因子临床应用提供一种有效。 Objective: To observe the effect of nerve growth factor on nerve regeneration in clinical application. Methods:From 1994 to 1995, 11 cases of nerve rupture at forearm and wrist were treated by small gap venous bridge simulating nerve regeneration chamber. NGF was injected into the chamber to increase the NGF concentration exogenously.Results: All cases were followed up for 1 year postoperatively. According to the lower site nerve injury evaluation standard, the results of all cases were satisfactory. Conclusions: There is obvious effect of NGF on the regeneration of the injured peripheral nerves (especially for sensory nerves).The NGF which was injected into the chamber in clinical practice plays its role by means of the retrograde transportation of axon to the soma. This provides a rational and effective method for NGF's clinical application.
