摘要
本文在简要介绍灰色系统局势决策的基础上，应用多目标多层次灰色局势决策方法，对河流梯级开发的多种组合方案进行了优化选择。实例分析表明，该文所提出的方法是正确的。
On the basis of intruducing briefly grey system situation decision, this paper applies multiobjective and multistage grey situation decision to the optimal selection of river serial developing schemes, gives a real example and gains a good result.
