摘要
介绍了楔横轧成形工艺及其在双头呆扳手制坯上的应用，阐明了楔横轧模具的主要设计参数。通过双头呆扳手制坯工艺的实践，对新旧制坯工艺的技术经济进行了分析与比较。
Cross wedge rolling technique is introduced in this article and this kind of technique is applied to spanner blank forming.This article shows main design parameters about cross wedge rolling die.Technological economy results of new and old forming technique are analysed and compared by application of spanner blank forming technique.The advantage has been proved about cross wedge rolling technique.
