摘要
产业转移承接力是一个复杂的系统，包含产业吸引力、产业选择力、产业支撑力和产业发展力等四个子系统．分别发挥着基础、保证、关键和核心的功能。产业转移承接力是由动力机制、传导机制和实现机制等三个主导机制以及促进机制和保障机制等两个辅助机制协同作用的结果．其形成动力在于对产业转移效应的追求。
Industry transfer accepting ability is a complicated system which includes four subsystems such as attraction ability, selection ability, admitting ability and development ability, which exerts the function of foundation, guarantee, key and core respectively. ITAA is an outcome that results from the integrated effect of three dominant mechanisms which are dynamical mechanism, conduction mechanism, accelerating mechanism, and the two assistant mechanisms which are guarantee and realization mechanism, and its formation motivity is taking industry transfer effect.
