摘要
在既有铁路客货混跑条件下提高列车行车速度,应遵循充分利用现有基础设施、减少废弃的原则,在一定的资金投入下获得较好的经济效益因此,必须首先确定具有决策性的若干重大技术问题,其中包括重量、密度、速度三者关系;重量密度、重量速度以及客车对数、客车速度和货车对数、货车速度的最佳匹配;客货列车提速合理的速差值确定;线路上部建筑、道叉、道口、机车车辆结构和通信信号的改造;
Accelerating the driving speed under the condition of mixed transportation of freight and passenger trains must follow the rules of fully utilizing the existing infrastructures and minimizing discarding, and this should make a favorable economic benefits under certain investments. Therefore, several decisive technical problems must be determined at first, such as the relationship among weight, density and speed; the optimum match between weight and density, weight and speed, pairs and speed of passenger trains' and those of freight trains'; the reasonable determination of speed difference about passenger and freight trains' speed acceleration; the reformation of the buildings above tracks, switches, road junctions, structures of locomotive and vehicle, communication signals, equipment matching and driving organization, etc.
