摘要
提出了铁路运输业的劳动力配备模型，其中包括与任务量直接相关的人员配备，任务量随机情况下的人员配备，与岗位相关的人员配备，与岗位和工作量同时有关的人员配备，管理类人员配备等五类配备模型，并提出了建模的出发点。
In this paper, models of labour distribution are suggested,which include models related with certain task, random task, postnumber, task and post number, administrator. Condition and approachesare given.
