摘要
高等教育大众化后,成人高等学校的脱产学生出现了低龄化趋势,许多没有职业经历的应届高中或大专毕业生成为成人高校的特殊"成人"学员。针对这些"职前成人"学员特点,从管理机制、教学模式、心理健康教育等方面有针对性地开展教育教学管理,突出实践性教学环节,强化职业教育特性,注重非智力因素培养,加强心理健康教育,十分必要。
Due to the popularization of higher education, the full-time adult students in adult higher school tend to, be younger, many graduating senior high school students and poly-tech students without Professional experiences and working experiences become special adult students in adult higher school. They seems to differ from the average college students and traditional adult students in feature. As for those pre-service students＇ characteristic, it is necessary indeed to carry out teaching management with pertinence, give prominence to practical teaching procedure, consolidating the vocational feature, attach more importance to the cultivation of non-intellectual factor in terms of managing mechanism, teaching mode and psycho health education.
