摘要
采取等离子体方法,首次将正丁胺单体聚合成聚正丁胺薄膜。元素分析的结果发现,在聚合反应过程中有氢元素的逸出。红外光谱分析结果表明,该聚合膜中有胺基存在。溶解性和DSC分析证实,聚合膜性能稳定,不溶不熔,表明该聚合膜具有高度支化、交联的结构。
The plasma polymerization for n Butylamine was discribed in this paper. The element analysis showed that there was a loss of hydrogen element in polymerization reaction. The analysis of IR spectrum made it clear that the amine group existed in the polymerized films.The disssolve experiment and DSC analysis indicated that the structure of the polymerized films was very highly branched and cross linked with good resistance to heat and erosion.
