摘要
应用TBA荧光法测定了四个年龄组人血浆过氧化脂质含量。新生儿组血浆过氧化脂质含量最低,从青年组开始随增龄而升高,中年组和老年组的升高极显著,P值均<0.01。
This paper reports a method of determining human plasma lipoperoxide (LPO) level with TBA fluoremetric assay and the results in four age groups. The proportional relations existed between fluoremetric intensity amd plasma volume of 10-125μl, and reacting time within 60 min. It was observed that the mean value of plasma LPO in the neonatal group was the lowest.From the young group, tte LPO level in plasma increased gradually with aging. the increasing rate in the aged group was the greatest
