摘要
城乡能否实现和谐发展,对构建整个社会主义和谐社会来说具有举足轻重的作用。目前我国农村公共品供给严重不足,是制约城乡和谐发展,从而影响我国整个社会主义和谐社会构建的突出问题。认为进行农村公共品供给方式和制度的改革、创新是解决这一问题的关键。
The harmonious development between city and country is important for the construction of the harmonious society to realize. The severe shortage of public goods in Chinese country is a big problem to restrict the harmonious development between city and country. The reforming and innovation of the supply mode and system of public goods supplying in country is the key to solve the problem.
