摘要
将41例原因不明晕厥病人的电生理检查(EPS)、心电图(ECG)及动态心电图(Hotler)结果作对比分析,结果表明:总体上,三者结果之间无一定关系,但对电生理指导治疗有效的20例分析的结果表明,ECG及Holter对房室结功能不良、希蒲系统功能不良及室性心动过速引起晕厥者,可能有提示作用,并可提供EPS的适应症。
The analysis of Electrophysiolgic Study (EPS), Electrocardiography (ECG) and Holter ECG (Holter) in 41 Patients with unexplained syncope showed an indeterminate relationship among the tests.However, after analysing the results of the tests in 20 patients who did not have relapse of syncope by guided therapy, we found that ECG or Holfer might have some suggestive affects for atrioventricular nodal function or His-Perkijue system function or ventricular tachycardia as a cause of syncope and might provide some indications for EPS especially in patients with organic heart disease.That frequent ventricular premature beats or nonsustained ventricular tachycardiac were found by Holter ECG in patients with organic heart diseases may suggest the existence of a causative TV of syncope.
