米替福新对常见皮肤癣菌体外抑菌活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解米替福新对常见皮肤癣菌的体外抑菌活性。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)制定的M38-A方案测定77株常见皮肤癣菌(含三属即毛癣菌属、小孢子菌属和表皮癣菌属)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果米替福新对常见皮肤癣菌均有较好的抑菌作用,MIC90为1.0μg/ml,MIC几何均数为0.617μg/ml,MIC范围0.25-2.0μg/ml。结论米替福新对常见皮肤癣菌各属均有较好的抑菌作用。 Objective To investgate the in vitro antifungal activity of miltefosine(MT) against dermatophytes. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of MI to 77 dermatophyte strains (include three genus.. Trichophyton,Microsporum, Epidermophyton) were tested according to CLSI (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, formerly NCCLS) M38-A broth microdilution methods. Results MI demonstrated good antifungal activity against all species. MIC90 (1. 0μg/ml), GM MIC (0. 617 μg/ml). MIC ranges (0. 25-2. 0 μg/ml). Conclusion MI is active against common dermatophyte.
