摘要
目的:探讨改良传统的T管胆道造影方法。方法:使用两种加入地塞米松和利多卡因的两种不同浓度的造影剂,取不同体位给病人造影,另取一传统方法造影组对照。结果:改良型T管造影显像优秀率100%,术中患者不适率5%,诊断符合率86%;传统法T管造影显像优秀率70%,术中患者不适率27%,诊断符合率57%。结论:改良型T管造影可明显提高显像优秀率、诊断符合率,降低术中患者不适率。
Object： To probe into ameliorating ＂T＂ tube cholangiographic methods.Method： One group of patients were treated with the ameliorated method： after taking two different doses of dexmathesone or lidocane,they were radiographied in different body postures via ＂T＂ tube,another group were radiographied following the traditional method for comparison.Results： In the ameliorated method,100% of patients had showed an excellent opacification,5% had some uncomfortable feeling,86% had got a correct diagnosis whereas in the traditional method group,70% showed an excellent opacification,and 27% had uncomfortable feedings,only 57% had got a correct diagnosis.Conclusion： The ameliorated ＂T＂ tube cholangiography can significantly enhance the efficiency of cholangiography,improve the diagnosis and reduce patients＇ uncomfortable feedings.
