摘要
黄河潼关至三门峡河段位于黄河中游,在黄河治理中占据着较为重要的位置。三门峡水库建成后,该河段库岸坍塌剧烈,两岸相继修建了一系列防护工程,取得了一定成效。概略分析了目前潼关至三门峡河段在库岸坍塌和治理工程方面存在的问题,工程治理的外部制约条件,提出了治理原则和措施。
Tongguan-to-Sanmenxia Dam river reach is situated in the middle course of Yellow River and it occupies an important place in the river regulation of Yellow River.The banks of the reservoir and river are intensely caved after the completion of Sanmenxia Reservoir.A series of protection works has been built in both banks of the river section,which is successful.The existent problems are analyzed in the caving banks and harnessing works and the external restriction conditions at present situation for Tongguan-to-Sanmenxia Dam river reach,and the harnessing principles and measures are put forward.
