摘要
高校基础设施建设是人才培养质量和办学水平的硬件保障,办学规模必须与基础设施条件相适应。针对各地高校合并出现的老校区分散、基础设施资源难以整合、建设投入跟不上扩招和发展需要的问题,阐述和分析老校区土地置换的背景、途径与方式,探讨土地置换中的几个核心问题。
University infrastructure is the quality of personnel training and the hardware of protection. The infrastructure must adapt to new conditions. Universities nowadays have dispersed campuses. The infrastructure resources are difficult to put into a whole. The expansion of buildings is unable to keep up with the development needs. Thus the questions of the replacement of old campus, ways and means to explore the replacement and so on are discussed.
