摘要 由于多方面的原因,组织内部常常存在各种各样的冲突,处理冲突带来的影响成为管理者的重要工作。分析了冲突可能给组织带来的正反两方面影响以及后果,并重点阐述了冲突对一般组织运作造成影响的作用机制。
