本文简述了我国农业区的形成历史。在此基础上，针对当前的农业持续发展，就土地开发利用、水利建设。
his paper introduces the agricutural history in China.On the basis,useing the experience of history,the issue of agricultural sustainable development at present are discussed around following sides:land development,water conservancy construction,grain production and popuction and population growth.
