混凝土砌块成型生产线的嵌入式智能监控与维护单元设计

摘要 基于制造装备远程监控与维护滞后、高成本现状,提出嵌入式工控主板+DSP结构的嵌入式智能监控与维护单元,并阐述了一种基于此种单元加PLC的典型远程监控与维护系统模型。将其应用于混凝土砌块成型生产线的远程监控系统中,既实现了对设备现场的远程数据采集、处理、特征提取、状态识别,又实现了对生产现场的视、音频信息的远程采集与传输。 Aimed at the status of manufacturing equipment remote monitoring and maintenance, it proposes an embedded computer motherboards + DSP embedded intelligent monitoring and maintenance unit, designs this module on the typical PLC + remote monitoring and maintenance system. The system is also applied concrete block molding production line remote monitoring data acquisition, processing, feature extraction, state mission distance. system, which is the right at the scene of the remote identification, audio information acquisition, and trans-mission distance.
