Case of seismic interpretation in Sudan studied area

摘要 苏丹研究区的地震资料具有以下特点:①构造复杂且断层发育;②工区面积大,同一界面反射轴在全区内不统一;③目的层的地震特征不明显。针对该区的特点,本文对该区进行了精细的地震解释:①通过合成地震记录、VSP时深数据及连井对比进行了层位标定;②应用了多种方法进行了层位和断层的解释,如时间切片、相干数据体、层拉平、任意线及三维可视化等,其中相干数据体对于小断层及断层组合识别的效果较好;③通过速度变化情况和地层的特性来选择速度参数,因为本区在大范围内速度的横向变化不大,所以选择相对简单的速度分析。在综合解释的基础上,将全区划分为18个构造带,在Y层共划分108个圈闭,其中有7个圈闭在项目中期已经钻探,有6个圈闭获得商业油流。 Seismic data in Sudan studied area has following feature:①complex structure and developed faults;②large work area that resulted in reflection events for same horizons being inconsistent to whole area;③irrecognizable seismic feature of target. In accordance with the feature of the region, the paper carried out fine seismic interpretation in the area:①the horizon calibration was implemented by synthetic seismogram, VSP time-depth data and well-tie correlation;②applying multiple approaches to carry out horizon and fault interpretation, such as time slice,coherent data volume,horizon balancing and any-lines as well as 3-D visualization, in which the coherent data volume has good results for identification of minor fault and fault array;③selection of velocity parameters by velocity variation and characters of strata, and relatively simple velocity analysis was selected because of smaller lateral variation of velocity in larger range of the area. Based on integrative interpretation,we divided the region into 18 structural belts,in which 108 traps were found in Y horizon, among which there have been 7 traps that have been drilled in the mid term of project and industrial oil flow has been got from 6 traps.
