原发性肝癌自发性破裂出血的临床特点和手术治疗的再认识 被引量：2

摘要 原发性肝癌自发性破裂出血（SRHC）是肝癌最严重的并发症之一，病死率高达50%～80%。如能早期诊断和有效治疗，可明显改善预后。我科1990年1月至2006年6月收治SRHC病人23例，报告如下。
