摘要
为进一步了解林州市人群贲门癌和食管癌的发病构成状况及其特征，分析１９８７～１９９５年９ａ间林州市（原林县）人民医院食管和贲门癌收治记录。结果显示：９ａ间，该市医院每年平均行食管和贲门癌手术４３７例，其中，来自林县当地居民１９８例，占４５％。食管癌１１８例，占６０％；贲门癌８０例，占４０％。提示：这一地区贲门癌占有较高的比例。
Based on the recording of esophageal and gastric cardia cancers in Linzhou Peoples Hospital from 1987 to 1995,a prelimary analysis was performed to characterize the composition of gastric cardia and esophageal cancers in this area.The result showed that,in the period of 1987 1995,there was an average of 437 patients with esophageal and gastric cardia cancers given a surgical operation every year.Among these patients,198(45%) were from Linzhou City,including 118 patients with esophageal cancer (60%) and 80 with gastric cardia cancer (40%).The present studies clearly indicated that there was a high composition of gastric cardia cancer in this area.
