摘要
分析了冲击载荷作用下粘性流体阻尼器的工作原理,推导了阻尼力公式的表达式,运用落锤冲击试验确定了其中的参数。基于参数已知的阻尼力表达式选择了满足指标要求的阻尼器结构尺寸。由试验验证了所选样机结构尺寸的准确性并验证了理论推导的阻尼器数学模型的合理性,该模型提供了粘滞性阻尼器设计的理论方法。
The work principle of the viscous fluid damper under shock load is analyzed and the damping expression is derived, the parameters of which are determined using shock tests. The detailed structure of the shock damper is designed according to the damping expression with the known parameters. The shock tests validated the veracity of the structure and the credibility of the model ,which supplies an theoretical way for the design of the damper.
