摘要
目的建立应激性溃疡(SU)幼年动物模型,探讨应激条件下幼鼠应激时间、胃液pH值动态变化与胃黏膜损伤的关系。方法采用束缚-水浸法(WRS)制作SU动物模型,将24只SD幼年大鼠随机分为对照组、WRS应激45min(Ⅰ组)、90min(Ⅱ组)、3h(Ⅲ组)。观察各组胃黏膜病理形态学变化,检测各组胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)及胃液pH值。结果WRS应激可导致严重胃黏膜损伤,随应激时间延长,UI渐增加,胃液pH值依次减低,UI与应激时间呈明显正相关(r=0.957P<0.01),与胃液pH值呈负相关(r=-0.852P<0.01)。结论WRS应激条件下幼鼠胃泌酸增多,WRS应激持续时间与胃黏膜损伤程度有明确相关性,SU的发生发展与胃液pH值密切相关。
Objective To establish the animal model with stress ulcer (SU) and probe the relationship between the gastric mucosal injury and lasting stress time,the dynamic structural changes of pH of gastric juice. Methods Twenty - four SD young rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,45 rain( group Ⅰ ) ,90 min( group Ⅱ) ,3 h( group Ⅲ ) groups under water immersion restraint stress(WRS). The change of gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI) ,pH of gastric juice were observed. Results Acute gastric mucosal damage was induced by WRS, with the WRS time prolonged, UI increased gradually and pH of gastric juice remarkably decreased in experimental rats. UI was positively related with stress time ( r = 0. 957 P 〈 0.01 ) but negatively with pH value ( r = - 0. 852 P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions It is found that gastric acid secretion increases progressively under stress conditions( P 〈 0.05 ), and the degree of gastric mucosal injury has a definite relation with lasting stress time, the occurrence and development of SU have a close eorrelation with pH of gastric juice.
