摘要
由于冠层结构的时空复杂性和实验手段的相对落后,在一定程度上迟滞了水稻理想株型理论的发展,本研究尝试将计算机技术引入传统农业科研中,旨在为研究方法的创新提供新思路。在VC++6.0环境下,结合OpenGL图形函数库,开发出软件RPTDS(rice plant type design system),以三维重建法实现了对水稻群体冠层结构的模拟。进一步以冠层光分布为指标,通过田间试验与应用模型进行的光线追踪虚拟实验的比较研究,对软件的准确性与精确性进行了考察。结果表明,虚拟试验结果与田间试验结果虽然在数值上存在一定差异,但具有极显著的正相关关系。说明RPTDS系统基本能够反映群体冠层结构和光分布态势,通过对建模方法和假设条件合理性等方面的改进,有望为冠层结构研究提供有效参考。
Because of restriction of canopy structure complexity and lack of study method, theory development of the Ideal Plant Type was retarded. To overcome this obstacle, computer technology was introduced into traditional agronomy. In use of Open Graphics Library and VC++6.0 software development tool, RPTDS (Rice Plant Type Design System) was developed to simulate rice canopy by 3-dimentional reconstruction. Light distribution was investigated in the virtual rice canopy by statistical result of light tracing. By the comparison with the result of field experiment, accuracy and veracity of RPTDS were checked.Resuh shows that there is a significant positive correlation existing as while as numerical difference. It indicates that RPTDS could reflect rice canopy structure and its light distribution. It could be a useful tool for Ideal Plant Type research if some revises could be done on model construction, assumption reasonability and so on.
