摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)的表达与舌鳞状细胞癌(tongue squamous cell carcinoma,TSCC)淋巴结转移的关系。方法运用免疫组化链霉卵白素-过氧化酶法检测TSCC18例淋巴结转移组和57例无淋巴结转移组原发灶中MMP-9和FAK的表达。结果MMP-9和FAK在TSCC淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%(15/18)和72.2%(13/18),而在无淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率分别为42.1%(24/57)和35.1%(20/57)。MMP-9和FAK在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.005、P<0.01),MMP-9的阳性表达与FAK的阳性表达之间呈正相关(P<0.005)。结论MMP-9和FAK的高表达提示TSCC淋巴结转移的高风险性,MMP-9和FAK可作为评估TSCC淋巴结转移与否的有用指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) ,focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and regional lymphnode metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxi- dase method was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 and FAK in primary tumors of 18 cases of lymphnode metastasis group and 57 cases of non-lymphnode metastasis group. Results The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and FAK in cases with lymphnode metastasis were 83.3 % (15/18) and 72.2 % (13/18), while in cases with non-lymphnode metastasis they were 42.1% (24/57) and 35.1% (20/57), respectively. Positive expression rates of MMP-9 and FAK in the lymphnode metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-lymphnode metastasis group ( P 〈 0.005, P 〈 O. 01, respectively). There was a positive correlation between MMP-9 and FAK expression ( P 〈 0.005 ). Conclusion The high expressions of MMP-9 and FAK indicate a high risk of lymphnode metastasis of TSCC, which can be regarded as one of the valuable markers for predicting lymphnode metastasis of TSCC.
