白内障术后非球面人工晶体对比敏感度的研究(英文)

摘要 研究白内障术后早期以Tecnis为代表的非球面晶体与传统的单焦球面人工晶体功能视力的比较.试验组为白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后患者60例眼,其中30例为Tecnis组,30例为传统的球面人工晶体组.与试验组年龄匹配的门诊患者30例为正常对照组.于术后3月用CSV-IOOOE对比敏感度测试仪(由VectorVision公司提供)进行对比敏感度(csF)测定.所有患者年龄分布在50-80,矫正视力均≥20/30,且除了白内障之外无任何影响对比敏感度的眼疾,亦无其它可能会影响对比敏感度的全身性疾病.白内障术后患者的对比敏感度均较术前提高.TecnisZ9001在6、12、18cpd时较球面人工晶体能显著的提高患者的对比敏感度.以Tecnis为代表的非球面晶体通过其独特的Z-SHARP光学技术抵消了球面像差从而有效的提高了对比敏感度. Contrast sensitivity is a new technique, which measures the discrimination capacity of the human eye to an object under low contrast conditions. It is more acute and more complete in reflecting visual function than the Snellen chart, which is used to test the discrimination under high contrast conditions. Our purpose is to compare the effect of an aspheric intraocular lens (Tecnis Z9001) with those of conventional spherical intraocular lens (AR40e IOL) on functional visual performance. Sixty eyes after phacoe mulsification with IOL implantation and 30 eyes of age-matched healthy persons. All of these people with ocular pathology other than cataract or other diseases known to affect contrast sensitivity are excluded. All of these people were 50~80 years old. Corrected visions all are over 20/30. The contrast sensitivity function was measured with CSV-1000E Vision Testing Instrument (provided by Vector Vision Company) in 3 months after surgery. After surgery the patients' contrast sensitivities were better than preoperation. The Tecnis Z9001 intraocular lens provided statistically significantly better contrast sensitivity at 6, 12, 18 cycles per degree. The use of a modified prolate intraocular lens during cataract surgery has the potential to improve contrast sensitivity, which designed to partially compensate the average spherical aberration of the cornea.
