摘要
食道静脉曲张破裂出血(EVB)是肝硬化常见的死亡原因,在治疗EVB中,除了应用降低门脉压力的传统药物以外,奥美拉唑的应用也在临床上得以重视。通过对临床联合应用奥美拉唑治疗患者的疗效观察,认为联合使用奥美拉唑可以缩短平均止血时间,提高止血效率,值得临床推广。
The esophagus varicosity bursts （ EVB ） is one of the common reason of cirrhosis death, The treatment of EVB is mainly to reduce the high pressure of the portal vein. Besides the application of traditional medicine, the Omeprazole application can also be used in the treatment of EVB. Through the clinical effect observation ofusing the Omeprazole and traditional medicine , we thinkjointly uses Omeprazole may reduce the average time of stoping bleeding , and enhances the efficiency of stoping bleeding. It is worth the clinical promotion.
