摘要
科层制企业组织形式下,一般是通过纵向一体化行为来克服有限理性、机会主义和市场的不确定性。企业网络组织形式下,成员企业通过良好的合作能够带来很多市场与科层组织所没有的价值,但由于机会主义、"搭便车"行为及成员间的欺骗,使得网络组织的成员合作具有内在的不稳定性。为了维持合作关系的稳定与良好运行,以获取更大的网络协作效用,客观上要求建立网络组织成员合作的激励机制,而声誉正是网络组织成员合作的一个有效激励。
To enterprise' s hierarchy organization form, vertical integration is generally used to overcome bounded rationality, opportunism and uncertainty; TO enterprise' s network organizational form, the member enterprises can bring about a lot of value by good cooperation, which is impossible for the markets and hierarchy organizations .However, there are also internal uncertainty between member enterprise ' s cooperation because of opportunism, free-ride phenomenon and deception among members. Objectively, an incentive system of the network member should be set up. Reputation is just such an effective incentive.
