摘要
对苯二甲酸为原料经甲酯化、单皂化、氨解、Hofmann降解四步反应，制得对氨基苯甲酸，四步总收率为57．3％。
4-Aminobenzoic acid was synthesize from terephthalic acid as raw materialvia four steps, of reaction including methyl esterification,monosaponification, ammonolysis andHofmann with 57.3% or overall yield.
