摘要
要实现我国中央银行的货币政策目标,就需要使用灵活有效的货币政策工具。因此本文就货币政策工具这一问题进行了探讨。分析了目前货币政策工具存在的问题,论述了今后应运用间接调控的灵活有效的多种货币政策工具,提出了间接调控型的货币政策工具的操作模式及要实现这一模式需要解决的问题。
To fulfil the goal of the monetary policy of China Central Bank, it is essential to use a flexible and effective monetary policy means. In this paper, we present an exposition on the topic of monetary policy means, analyse the problems in the present monetary poli cy means, and put forward that the monetary policy means should be indirectly controlled. flexible, effective and diversified. Finally, we come up with the operative way of the indirectly controlled monetary policy means and point out the problems to be solved in order to carry out the operation.
