摘要 文章对玉米经调质后进行轧片加工进行了试验研究。结果表明,这种湿热加工对提高玉米的糊化度有利。按本试验装置及试验参数范围得出玉米蒸汽调质轧片加工的适宜参数组合为:玉米蒸汽调质温度90℃,调质时间70~80 min,轧辊间距0.5~1.0 mm。 Conditioning flaking on feed corn was studied in the paper. The wet-heating approach was benefitful to improve corn gelatinization by experimental results. By the experimental equipment and parameters, a set of optimal parameters was obtained by the experiment: conditioning temperature 90 ℃, conditioning duration 70-80 min, rolling clearance 0.5-1.0 mm.
