子宫内膜异位症动物模型建立及应用的研究现状 被引量:10

摘要 子宫内膜异位症是常见疾病,是生育年龄妇女盆腔痛和不孕的主要原因之一。目前其发病机制不清,治疗效果不理想,复发率高达50%。在人类研究中由于有创性操作受到限制,因此,需要动物模型作为研究的基础。 [ Objective] Endometriosis is a common disease, and is one of the main causes of pain of pelvic cavity and Infertile in femme of reproductive age. Up to now, the cause of endometriosis remains unclear, the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory; the relapse rate was as high as 50%. Due to the limitations associated with invasive operation in human, we have developed the animal model as a basis for study.
