摘要
分析了我国电子政务发展的必要性及其系统开发所面临的困难;提出了通过开发可重构的电子政务系统来应对这些困难。详细论述了在领域工程指导下的可重构电子政务系统的开发过程模型,并通过一个政务子系统的开发实例对本文观点进行说明。本文所述的方法紧密结合软件工程的发展方向,是快速、可重构电子政务系统的开发方法,对我国电子政务系统的开发实践具有一定的指导意义。
Above all, the necessity of implementing the E-govemance system and the difficulties of its development are analysed. Then, the development of reconfigurable E-governance system is put forward to cope with the difficulties. This paper discusses the development procedural and modeling of the reconfigurable E-govemance system in details under the theory of domain engineering. And an instance is illustrated to support the point of view in details. The research not only copes with the direction of software engineering but also processes the attribute of rapidness and reconfiguration. It will be a great help to the development of E-govemance system.
