摘要
当前在设计和审图中对民用住宅共用接地电阻值的确定普遍存在着误区:不管建筑物的类别及其功能,生搬硬套标准R≤1Ω,使施工单位十分无奈,检测单位为难。在土壤电阻率较高地区,建筑物面积较小时是难以实现的,对R≤1Ω应区别对待。
There is common misunderstanding in the determination of shared earth resistance value of residential houses during the design and examination of drawings. Despite of the types and functions of the buildings, the criterion of R ≤1Ω is definitely copied, which makes the construction units have no choice and the detecting units be puzzled. As the matter of fact, in the areas where the soil resistivity is relatively high, if the floor area of building is comparatively small, the earth resistance value R≤1Ω will be difficult to reach, therefore the criterion of R ≤1Ω should be distinctively treated.
