摘要
综述了新型图像传感器ICCD的工作原理及性能。对CCD的结构以及在CCD基础上发展起来的ICCD的结构和性能进行了具体说明。介绍了ICCD技术在国内外的发展现状及将来的发展趋势,包括国外ICCD生产厂家的产品性能优缺点,国内研制ICCD的主要技术瓶颈和目前所能达到的水平。说明了ICCD的应用领域以及在科学研究上的成功范例。
Summarized the principles and applications of ICCD,the new image sensor. Introduced the structure of CCI as well as the performance of ICCD,Which is developed in the CCD＇s foundation. Analyzed the recent progress and future trend of ICCD technolop development in the domestic and foreign,including the product performance of overseas ICCD manufacturer, the main technical bottleneck in domes c.
