Application of AVHRR Vegetation Production in Drought Monitoring

摘要 本文利用AVHRR数据产品NDVI计算得到河北省的距平植被指数和条件植被指数分布图,对河北省1997年的高温干旱进行分析。遥感测算得到1997年发生干旱的面积与农业部门统计的干旱面积误差为11.3%;利用降水资料得到河北省47个观测站点的降水距平百分率图,与距平植被指数和条件植被指数分布图的旱情分布情况较一致。证明利用植被指数产品进行干旱监测具有一定的可行性。 The thesis is mainly about summer drought analysis of Hebei province in 1997 using anomaly vegetation index and vegetation condition index distribution map which obtained from AVHRR data product-NDVI. The error of drought area in 1997 between remote sensing method and statistics from agriculture department is 11.3%; The isogram of precipitation anomaly percentage result from the precipitation of 47 observation stations in Hebei province is almost have the same drought distribution as the AVI and VCI distribution map. The conclusion is that it is feasible to use vegetation product to monitor drought situation.
