摘要
本文报告21例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病患者4项自主神经病变心血管试验阳性率分别为28．6％、429％、19．0％、42．9％。对照组2且例冠心病不合并糖尿病患者的阳性率均为O％。两组试验结果差别显著（P＜0．05）。说明自主神经病变。G血管试验研究可及早发现Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的心血管自主神经功能异常。
42 coronary heart disease (CHD) (2l with NIDDM ) were studied with a noninvasivecardiovascular autonomic function tests Namely; 1. Heart rate response to valsalva manoeu-vre; 2. Immediate HR response to standing; 3. BP response to standing'; 4. BP response tosustained handgrip, on two groups; Group l: 21 NIDDM with CHD; Group 2: 2l CHD-The results showed that the incidences of abnormal of 4 tests were: 28. 6%, 42. 9%,19. 0%, and 42. 9% in Group 1 respectively, and all were O% in Group 2. Significant differ-ence (P＜0. 05) was found between two groups. It suggested that cardiovascular autonomicfunction tests is useful in diagnosing autonomic neuropathy in NIDDM with CHD patients.
