妊娠合并寻常型天疱疮并发近平滑念珠菌败血症1例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料 患者女,26岁,于2004年11月因“停经15周,全身水疱,糜烂1月”入院,入院时皮肤科情况：全身皮肤多发性水疱、大疱,皮肤广泛糜烂,嘴唇、口腔黏膜糜烂。尼氏征阳性。产科情况：子宫耻骨上可及，未及子宫收缩。入院后行病理检查．示表皮内水疱，在基底层上方棘层松解，符合“寻常型天疱疮”诊断。
