摘要 目的了解东海县人体重要寄生虫病流行现状,为制定防治方案提供依据。方法按照《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查实施细则》的方法和要求,调查人群重要肠道寄生虫感染率和感染度,收集有关社会经济和防治工作资料并进行分析。结果调查2个点共调查983人,查出重要肠道寄生虫感染者30人,总感染率3.05%,两调查点感染率分别为3.00%和3.12%。共查出重要肠道寄生虫4种,肠道线虫钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫的感染率分别为0.51%、0.81%、1.83%,感染度均为轻度,多重感染占3.33%;12周岁以下儿童晓虫感染率11.73%。结论东海县人体重要寄生虫仍以肠道线虫占绝对优势,流行水平较10年前大幅度下降,各调查点流行水平差异无统计学意义,影响因素与防治工作开展情况及卫生习惯有关,12周岁以下儿童晓虫防治应列为重点。 Objective To understand the current endemic status of major human parasitic diseases in Donghai County in order to provide the basis for making practical control measures. Methods The infection rates and densities of major human intestinal parasites were investigated according to the methods of National Investigation Scheme on Major Human Parasitic Disuses, and the data of .society, economy and disease control were collected and analyzed. Results The two investigated spots included 983 people and 30 persons with the infections of 4 intestinal parasites were found, and the total infection rate was 3.05%, and the infection rates of the two spots were 3.00% and 3.12%, respectively, Four kinds of major intestinal parasites were hookworm, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichittra and Enterobius vermicularis, and the infection rates of hookworm, Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura were 0.51%, 0.81% and 1.83%, respectively, and the infection densities were all slight. The people with multiple parasites were 3.33 %. The infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis was 11.73% in children under 12 years old. Conclusions The prevailing parasites in major human parasites are intestinal nematodes in Donghai County. The endemic intensity decreases obviously compared with the condition of 10 years ago. The difference of the two endemic spots is not significant. The endemic is related to the disease control program and sanitation habits of the residents. The enterobiasis control in the children under 12 years should be emphasized.
