摘要
为探索术中判定胰岛素瘤切除彻底性的指标，测定了术中切除肿瘤后１５、３０、４５、６０、７５ｍｉｎ及术后１～６天血糖（Ｇ）及血清胰岛素（ＩＲＩ）水平，并与术前比较。结果表明，术中切除肿瘤后３０ｍｉｎ，１９例血糖升至正常水平，１８例血清胰岛素降至正常水平，１８例ＩＲＩ／Ｇ＜０．３，术后１～６天，１９例空腹血糖、血清胰岛素均保持在正常水平，ＩＲＩ／Ｇ＜０．３，与术前比较差异均有显著性。提示术中快速测定血糖、血清胰岛素水平及二者比值，对判定胰岛素瘤是否完全切除是一种快速、有效、可靠的方法。
Intraoperative rapid monitoring of blood sugar and serum insulin was used to determine the thoroughness of tumors resection in 20 cases,10 females,10 males,mean age 42.8.After resection of tumors,blood sugar and serum insulin were monitored at 15,30,45,60 and 75 minutes intraoperatively,and from the 1st day to the 6th day after operation,respectively,which were compared with preoperative data.After resection of tumor within 30 minutes intraoperatively,blood sugar of 19 patients elevated to normal and serum insulin of 18 cases decreased to normal.The ratio of IRI/G was less than 0.3.Within 6 days postoperatively,blood sugar and serum insulin keeping normal level,and IRI/G<0.3.There were significant difference between the pre and postoperative data.The research suggested that intraoperative rapid monitoring of blood sugar and serum insulin,and the ratio of IRI/G to judge the thoroughness of resection of tumors is a quick,effective and reliable method.
